It’s National Apprenticeship Week and we are celebrating it and our craft with a highlight of what makes the union mentoring model so great.

Mark Lankton’s father founded Beltline Electric in 1957 and he has been working with the company for nearly 50 years. From a young apprentice to now a seasoned veteran in the trade, Mark brings a wealth of experience that he shares with the apprentices he works with on a daily basis. The IBEW apprenticeship program is one of the only places an individual has access to this kind of training, while also being paid to work. No student debt. No shortage of opportunities. If you are considering a career in construction, we highly recommend looking into the program.
