The FMI Leadership Institute is a four-day experience that gives personal insight into individuals unique leadership styles. Attendees explore how leadership style impacts others as well as their organization through highly interactive discussions and feedback. Michael Record, Operations Manager for Beltline, attended the conference in Colorado Springs October 4 -7, 2016. Michael said about the conference, “I appreciate Beltline for sending me to the Leadership Institute, it allowed me to learn a lot about myself and meet a lot of great people. It was a fantastic experience.”
